[21p-B101-2] Amplified Spontaneous Emission Dynamics in a Lead Halide Perovskite Microcrystal as Revealed by Femtosecond Transient Absorption Microscopy
Keywords:transient absorption microscopy, lead halide perovskite, lasing
Lead halide perovskite microcrystals have been reported to exhibit low-threshold lasing at room temperature, and since the emission wavelength can be easily controlled by the halide mixture ratio, they are expected to be next-generation optoelectronic materials. However, the interaction between light and materials depends on the size and shape of the resonator, and the initial process of lasing is still unknown. In this study, we measured the carrier dynamics of perovskite single crystals using a femtosecond transient absorption microscopy system and observed the initial process of lasing followed by amplified spontaneous emission.
