△ [21p-B101-3] Stabilization Cubic Phase of CsPbI3 Quantum Dots for High Efficiency Light Emitting Diodes

We demonstrated the post-synthetic guanidium iodide (GAI) doping treatment for precisely size controlled CsPbI3 QDs to stabilize the phase and surface chemistry. By size-controlling and GAI post synthetic treatment, the CsPbI3 QDs exhibited the stabilization of cubic-phase and the enhancement of PL intensity. We also achieved external quantum efficiency of 23% and longer operational device lifetime (LT50 of over 10 hours) in the GAI-doped CsPbI3 QD-LED. We investigated the stabilization of CsPbI3 QD phase and the enhancement of device performance by reducing crystal strain and GAI doping treatments.
