Topological semimetal with negative band gap is attractive as a material for spintronics because of the efficient spin-charge conversion. However, only few examples including Ir oxides are known topological semimetal among oxides while most of them are in the class of alloys or chalcogenides. In this study, we have fabricated (Ca,Sr)Pd3O4 thin films and investigated transport properties, which are predicted to be a topological semimetal.
