[21p-P12-54] Exfoliation of Al-residual Ti3C2Tx MXene by using tetramethylammonium bases and conductive film applications

The exfoliation of Al-residual multilayer Ti3C2Tx with organic bases containing a tetramethylammonium cation is reported. It was revealed that Al atoms existing between layer to layer of MXenes were effectively removed and Ti3C2Tx exfoliated in co-solvent of THF and H2O exhibited superior electrical conductivity. We also demonstrate the application of flexible transparent conductive films fabricated by spray-gun coating with the exfoliated Ti3C2Tx dispersion.
