[22a-A106-2] Development of Single-Molecule DNA Measurements Towards DNA Memory
Keywords:single-molecule detection, DNA/RNA, Molecular memory
DNA memory is one of the next-generation memories with features of high storage and high memorability. In this study, we used a single-molecule quantum measurement method to read out stored data using DNA. Specific character information corresponding to ASCII code is stored as 8 x 8 image information. The coordinates of the image were linked to the DNA molecular species of a specific sequence, and a solution mixed with the corresponding DNA molecular species was measured. The signals obtained were used to identify the molecular species using machine learning, and the stored character information was reconstructed, demonstrating the potential of the single-molecule quantum measurement method as one of the fast readout methods of DNA memory.
