To improve power transfer efficiency (PTE) of wireless power transfer (WPT) system, we proposed superconducting bulk coil which was expected to obtain high quality factor as transmitting and receiving coil because its loss was much lower than conventional copper coil one. We designed to optimize line width and line gap of coil for obtaining high quality factor by simulation, then obtained the quality factor of it which was 12 times higher than that of copper coil by measurement. We will describe details of design on the day. At distance between coils of 20 cm, PTE of WPT using superconducting bulk coil and copper coil were 74.8% and 20.6%, respectively, so we demonstrated high PTE WPT by using high quality factor superconducting bulk coil.
