[22a-B103-11] Investigation of Current Matching Condition in Perovskite/Silicon Tandem Solar Cells

We developed two-terminal perovskite/silicon tandem solar cells exhibiting higher power conversion efficiency (PCE) than that of the silicon bottom cells. The tandem cells showed 25.5% of PCE by adjusting the current density between top and bottom cells. This gave 8.2% absolute increase from the original PCE of the bottom cell, 17.3%. In the future, we aim for more than 30% of PCE by reduction of reflection loss and optimization of the tandem structure.
