[22a-B103-12] Photovoltaic measurement of lead halide perovskites heteroepitaxially grown on organic thin-film crystals

Lead halide perovskites (CH3NH3PbI3, MAPbI3) have attracted much attention in recent years. We focused on heteroepitaxial growth of MAPbI3 for supressing their grain boundaries and improving their flatness. We examined the materials of organic thin-film crystals (the base of heteroepitaxial growth) and their film forming conditions. Finally we fabricated perovskite solar cells and excuted their photovoltaic measurement.
