[22a-B103-12] Photovoltaic measurement of lead halide perovskites heteroepitaxially grown on organic thin-film crystals

Lead halide perovskites (CH₃NH₃PbI₃, MAPbI₃) have attracted much attention in recent years. We focused on heteroepitaxial growth of MAPbI₃ for supressing their grain boundaries and improving their flatness. We examined the materials of organic thin-film crystals (the base of heteroepitaxial growth) and their film forming conditions. Finally we fabricated perovskite solar cells and excuted their photovoltaic measurement.
