[22a-P03-5] Development of Frequency-Modulation Atomic Force Microscope using Theta Micropipette

By using a theta-tube micropipette with an ion-selective membrane as a probe of a frequency modulation atomic force microscope (FM-AFM), we are developing a microscope that can obtain local ion mapping images from the simultaneous detection of two types of ions and observation of shape images. We report the results of the simultaneous measurement of ions directly under the tip using the selective membranes for sodium and potassium in the theta-tube. The configuration of the FM-AFM under fabrication will also be presented.
