Chemical sensor arrays that electrically discriminate various molecular groups in the environment have been intensively studied, but it has been difficult to integrate multiple sensitive materials with different chemical properties. In this study, we proposed a sensor array consisting of a homogeneous material with molecular group discrimination capability on the oxide surface by means of a spatiotemporal thermal control technique of oxide nanofilm sensors and silica adsorbents. Through the analysis of aqueous mixtures mimicking the urine of tumor patients and healthy subjects, we demonstrated the possibility of discriminating groups of molecules, including biomarkers.
