Silicon qubits are attractive for building blocks of highly integrated quantum computers. Nowadays, companies and research institutes engaging in integrated semiconductor devices and circuits are going to join quantum research. We aim to be a pioneer in integrated device engineering for silicon qubit devices. In this presentation, I will introduce recent trends in the R&D of silicon qubit devices with our research results from the perspective of integrated device engineering.
