High fidelity performance and integration are key fundamental requirements for qubits for quantum computing applications. Electron spin qubits in silicon quantum dots are expected to be highly scalable with silicon technology. In this talk, I will introduce recent demonstration studies of high-fidelity performance of silicon qubits, including high-fidelity manipulation, quantum non-demolition measurement, and coherent qubit transport. Then I will discuss challenges and future prospects toward realization of silicon quantum computers.
