[22p-A202-6] PEEM study of h-BN growth on Ni foil using backside to surface diffusion

The solid-state diffusion method is one of the promising processes for h-BN growth.In this experiment, h-BN powder was directly pasted on the backside of polycrystalline Ni foils, and the growth process at the surface was observed by PEEM during heating. As a result, it was found that h-BN grew only on the surface of grains and domains oriented in (111).
