Keywords:perovskite solar cells, X-ray diffraction, crystal growth

Perovskite solar cells have been developed rapidly since 2013, and its power conversion efficiency reached to more than 25%. It is expected as next generation solar cells because of its high efficiency and possibility for the cost reduction. The research of perovskite solar cells had been mainly focused on process development and the fundamental mechanism of the process dynamics had remained uncertain. We have been focusing on the real-time crystallization analysis using synchrotron-radiation X-ray and crystallization control using vacuum deposition of perovskite to achieve fundamental understanding of crystallization mechanism. In this presentation, we introduce our research activities of real-time crystallization dynamics analysis using synchrotron radiation facility (SPring-8).
