Perovskite solar cells (PSCs) are attracting attention as low-cost next-generation solar cells because of their high energy conversion efficiency (world's highest efficiency; 25.5%) and easy fabrication by the coating method. To improve the durability of PSCs, CuSCN, an inorganic and inexpensive material, has been considered as a hole transport material, but the low crystallinity of the CuSCN film produced by coating method reduces the performance of solar cells. In this study, oleylamine treatment was applied to CuSCN films to improve their crystallinity and PSC performance.
