[22p-B103-11] Solution-based surface passivation process of p-i-n triple-cation perovskite solar cell with spin coated perovskite/ETL layers

In order to realize a practical size perovskite-silicon tandem solar cell, we developed a scalable fabrication process of p-i-n solar cell. Hole transport layer deposition, active layer deposition, surface passivation, and electron transport layer deposition were all performed by spin coating. A conversion efficiency of 18.9% was obtained in an in-house, four point probe measurement. The spatial uniformity of this process applied to a 10 cm square substrate will also be evaluated.
