[22p-B103-9] Perovskite photovoltaic cells with bilayer electron-transporting layers of PFN and tin oxide

A two-layer electron transport layer of positively charged PFN and negatively charged SnO2 colloidal solution was formed on the textured FTO.Without PFNs, many uncoated regions were observed on the convexity, whereas with PFNs, the coverage of SnO2 was improved. This is thought to be due to the electrostatic effect between PFN and SnO2 during deposition.
