In this research, we aim to improve the bonding characteristics between the electrode and graphene in a graphene / Si Schottky junction solar cell and improve the power conversion efficiency. We will discuss the results of comparing the characteristics of the graphene / Si Schottky junction solar cell and the new solar cell with a structure in which the electrode and graphene are bonded by a chemical bond.
