[22p-P04-4] Characteristics of hybrid plasmonic devices usging a trench plasmonic waveguide

We designed hybrid plasmonic devices using a trench hybrid plasmonic waveguide. Two trench hybrid plasmonic waveguides of different lengths were combined to form a hybrid plasmonic device. We evaluated the designed structure by the finite difference time domain method. The result show that the structure has the characteristics of being reflected and not being reflected depending on the input port when incident light with a wavelength of 1350 nm was irradiated the hybrid plasmonic device.
