Keywords:Inorganic EL

Inorganic EL (EL: Electro-Luminescence) is a device that emits light when excited by an electric field. The emission layer The emission layer is mainly composed of ZnS-based inorganic phosphors and is expected to be applied to long-life light-emitting devices. In this study, we investigated the fabrication of ZnS:Mn thin film emission layers by vacuum deposition of Zn:Mn metal thin films followed by sulfur supply.
