In the fields of medicine and biochemistry, fluorescence images from stained samples can be used to analyze in vivo activities. However, the observation devices are large and complicated due to optical components. In this study, we demonstrate the performance of an array sensor to realize a compact optical device capable of imaging wavelength information. The 3x3 array sensor we fabricated has the same characteristics as a single pixel sensor, and since we demonstrated wavelength identification, it is expected that the number of pixels can be expanded.
