△ [23a-A105-12] Construction and demonstration of an in vivo imaging system for non-constrained freely moving experiments
Keywords:pH imaging, Bio sensor, in-vivo measurement
We developed a measurement system integrating an in-vivo pH image sensor with a reference electrode to reduce the burden on the mouse and to measure pH under the natural environment of the living body. As a result of evaluation experiments, good sensor performance (pH sensitivity; 49.5 mV/pH, RMS noise; 0.791 mV, pH resolution; 0.016 pH) was obtained. Then, we confirmed that it is possible for the mouse to move freely with the sensor inserted into the brain. The above demonstrated that the in vivo measurement system provides stable measurement data even in the presence of vibration and cable torsion.
