[23a-A205-6] Proposal for Logic Gates Using Skyrmions in Antiferromagnets

We have proposed the logic gates based on the skyrmions in the antiferromagnets. Then, we have investigated the action of the logic gates by the numerical calculations using the LLG equations. We have investigated the action of the AND gates, the OR gates, and the NOT gates. As a result, we have confirmed that the logic gates which we proposed act as the AND gates, the OR gates, and the NOT gates. Moreover, we discuss how to transfer the output of one logic gate to the input of another logic gate by the numerical calculations using the three-dimensional finite element method.
