Lead halide perovskite solar cells have achieved the conversion efficiency comparable to that of single crystal silicon solar cells. However, the toxicity of lead and its environmental issues is preventing commercial applications. Sn halide perovskites are the most promising candidates to replace lead, since tin is abundant in nature with little health risk and Sn-perovskites have a similar crystal structure with lead-perovskites. All-inorganic CsSnBr3 is hopeful as the base material because it has better phase stability compared to CsSnI3 and perovskites with organic cations. On the other hand, B-site incorporation of Zn2+ion into lead-halide perovskites has been studied. The Zn2+ ion can act as a morphology controller realizing larger grain size with lesser pinholes, and tune the energy levels. Herein, CsSn1-xZnxBr3 [x = 0.01 (1Zn), 0.02 (2Zn), 0.04 (4Zn)] thin films were fabricated by the vapor phase deposition
