All-perovskite pin junction solar cells are expected to be achieved by controlling electrical conductivity in lead halide perovskite semiconductors. We have reported ternary-source vapor phase deposition using CH3NH2, HI, and PbI2. In this work, we fabricated CH3NH3PbI3 thin films by ternary-source vapor phase deposition with different partial pressure of CH3NH2 and HI and evaluated electrical conductivity of the samples.
