[23a-B202-5] Origin of Edge Termination in CVD Growth of hBN/Graphene Heterostructure

We have succeeded willing fabrication of vertical and lateral heterostructures of graphene and hBN by the CVD growth. We theoretically proposed that the reason is related to the edge termination of the previously grown islands, but we have failed to show its evidence. In this presentation, we revisit this problem from the different point of views using the first principles calculation.
