[23p-B202-12] Material design of zero-gap semiconductors with flat dispersion band

Using the tight-binding approximation, we investigated the electronic structure of extended martini lattice. Our analysis demonstrated that the electronic structure is sensitive to the electron transfer ranging from gapped to zero-gap semiconductors. Based on the analytic results, we theoretically designed the possible material of the extended martini lattice using the density functional theory.
