Graphene nano-oxide has various oxygen functional groups bonded to its defined surfaces. By adjusting the amount of oxygen functional groups, the band gap can be adjusted. Therefore, it is expected to be used as an electrode material.
In this study, graphene nano-graphene oxide powder was formed into pellets using a press machine, and gold foil was used as an electrode. Three experimental conditions were evaluated: AC amplitude, DC bias, and frequency.
