Nanographene has been used to study tunneling conduction between nanocrystalline particles because of its extreme structural stability. Its conductivity can also be controlled by introducing oxygen functional groups, which has attracted attention for its application to new types of dielectric materials. In this study, the AC conduction properties of nano-graphene oxide materials, e.g., tunneling current, are investigated with respect to frequency, DC bias, and AC amplitude dependence.
