[23p-M206-10] Optimization of the short-term memory characteristics of ionic liquid physical reservoirs by temperature control

Based on the temporal similarity with the dynamics of ions involved in signal processing in the brain, we have proposed and investigated a physical reservoir based on the dielectric relaxation dynamics of ionic liquids at the electrode-ionic liquid interface. In this study, we newly focused on temperature with the aim of elucidating the relationship between the physical parameters of ionic liquids, dielectric relaxation time, and learning performance; we evaluated the temperature dependence of STM task learning performance and investigated the effect of temperature on the learning performance.
