In optical fiber wireless technology, the optical beat method can easily generate stable high- frequency signals and control the phase. In addition, remote directional control using array antennas is expected, but phase drift is an issue. To solve this problem, we have studied remote phase control using cross phase modulation in a semiconductor optical amplifier (SOA) installed near the antenna. In this report, we propose a method to remotely control the phase difference between two channels of beat signals generated simultaneously using the cross phase modulation in SOA. In addition, the phase difference control according to the control optical power from 100 m away is demonstrated.
