In this laboratory, we have reported on RTN structures that can be driven by low voltage. This RTN structure has the disadvantage of low transmittance when no voltage is applied. Therefore, in this study, we attempted to improve the transmittance by reducing the monomer concentration used to stabilize the RTN structure. However, when the monomer concentration is reduced from 1%, it becomes difficult to stabilize the RTN structure. Therefore, in this study, we investigated reducing the monomer concentration from 1% by forming the polymer on the top and bottom substrates.
