[22a-F308-9] Fabrication and Characterization of Converter Films for Neutron Dosimeter using Solar Cell by Screen Printing Method

We have previously fabricated B4C and LiF neutron converter films by screen-printing using heat-curing epoxy resin as a binder, and have found that they can be used as neutron flux monitors in combination with solar cell dosimeters. In this work, we compared the sensitivity of the metal B sintered films to neutron radiation. We also report on the study of Gd2O3 films.
