[22a-P04-5] Discussion for relationship between the number of phase shifts and image quality in a portable phase-shifting incoherent digital holography system

In phase-shifting incoherent digital holography, a light source whose wavelength band is broad in comparison to that of a laser is used and a phase shifter such as a liquid crystal is used. Phase-shift error owing to the wavelength dependency of a phase shifter is not avoided and then image-quality degradation owing to the error is considered. A portable phase-shifting incoherent digital holography system is developed and the relationship between the number of phase shifts and image quality is discussed. A residual cojugate image was seen when using three-step phase-shifting interferometry and the residual image was suppressed using four-step phase shifting.
