[22a-P05-6] Transport Properties of Superconducting NbTi Nano-bridges Sputtered on the Tip of a Quartz Tube
Keywords:superconductor, nano-bridge, quartz tube
In this study, we attempted to fabricate nanostructured devices sputtered from Nb50Ti50 dissolution targets using a needle-shaped quartz tube with a more adjusted shape. NbTi(25nm)/MgO(20nm) bilayer film on the side surface and NbTi(25nm) thin film on the tip surface deposited in Ar atmosphere, showed a clear two-step superconducting transition. We found the current-voltage characteristics peculiar to bridge junctions, and the temperature dependence of the critical current makes it possible to use it as a highly sensitive temperature sensor. The magnetic field dependence of the critical current is currently being measured.
