[22a-P05-7] Direct preparation and physical properties of REBCO melt-textured bulks with complex shapes

We have developed and reported the Single-Direction Melt Growth (SDMG) method, which is capable of fabricating melt-textured bulks consisting entirely of a single crystal growth region. In the SDMG method, crystal growth proceeds only in the vertical direction, so in principle, any shape of bulk can be grown directly as long as it is vertically continuous. We will report the results of direct preparation of bulks with complex shapes.
