Keywords:near field optical microscopy, Infrared spectroscopy, composite material

There are many efforts to identify chemical states using scanning probe microscope(SPM). Nano-scale grating, which was fabricated for testing infrared spectroscopy resolution, was used for testing Nano-FTIR method, and mapping teknique with near field optical microscope. The resolution of infrared absorption mapping was systematically investigated. In addition, results of mapping using infrared absorption spectrum for composite materials will be reported.
