[22p-P01-18] Metamaterial Thermoelectric Generation under Uniform Temperature Environment

To demonstrate metamaterial thermoelectric conversion, we attached the metamaterial-fabricated electrode to a thermoelectric element. The metamaterial absorbs thermal radiation emitted from the surrounding environment, resulting in a generation of local heating that propagates to the thermoelectric element. The output voltage generated on the metamaterial thermoelectric device was observed, and we concluded we observed metamaterial thermoelectric conversion a under uniform temperature environment.
