[22p-P06-11] Graphene transfer using PVA and Laminator

Using a commercially available PVA sheet and a laminator with four rollers, CVD grown graphene was transferred onto an SiO2/Si substrate. The method consisted of two processes. Frist, a copper foil, on which graphene was grown, was put on the PVA sheet and inserted into the laminator. Second, the graphene transferred PVA sheet put on the substrate was inserted into the laminator. By keeping the materials just before the heated rollers for several minutes, the large area graphene transfer was successful .
