Among the various preparation methods of RE123 thin films, fluorine-free metal organic decomposition (FF-MOD) is expected to be a low-cost and mass production method because thin films with homogeneous and flat surfaces can be prepared by a short sintering time using simple sintering devices under ambient pressure. In recent studies, it was found that Tb-doping to Dy123 melt-textured bulks resulted in the formation of BaTbO3 in the bulks and enhanced critical current density(Jc).In this study, we will report the microstructures and critical current properties of Y123 thin films doped with Tb of different concentration.
