Our recent study revealed that stacking faults of double Cu-O chain were introduced to RE123 textured bulks by post-heat treatment in an oxygen atmosphere containing water vapor. In this study, we attempted to control the defects in RE123 textured films by post-annealing, and aimed to establish a versatile high Jc method for RE123 tapes independent of the deposition method.
