[23a-E205-7] Topological Hall effect in Fe2-xPdxMo3N chiral magnet

〇(DC)Hirobumi Kyo1, Takeru Fukasawa1, Tetsuya Hajiri1, Takahiro Ito1, Hidefumi Asano1 (1.Nagoya Univ.)

Keywords:Skyrmion, Topological Hall effect

Topological non-coplanar spin textures, including magnetic skyrmions, having real space berry phase, can induce a special electron scattering called topological Hall effect. Authors have observed skyrmions in β-Mn type chiral magnets Fe2-xPdxMo3N by Lorentz-TEM. The Pd concentration and temperature dependence of topological Hall effect in Fe2-xPdxMo3N epitaxial thin films will be reported.
