本研究では、顕微レーザーラマン分光法を用い、ウルツ鉱型構造のβ-MnTe薄膜およびNiAs型構造のα-MnTe薄膜の格子振動モードを観測し、ラマン分光スペクトルの変化からレーザー加熱によるMnTeの多形変化について議論する。
