Keywords:Perovskite quantum dots, Blue-emission, High photoluminescence quantum yield

Perovskite quantum dots (PeQDs) show high color purity and PL adjustability with controlling halide anions. However, the mixed halide blue emissive PeQDs show phase separation of halogens, and the emission color is changed from blue to green when applied voltage into the LEDs. Here, we have realized the single halide blue emissive PeQDs with 100% of photoluminescence quantum yield and narrow full width half maximum to design core-shell structure. These core-shell PeQDs can be expected to stabilize the emission color owing to composition of single halogen.
