ABX3 typed perovskite quantum dots (PeQDs) as a light source for the next generation of films have been established their preparing method under the room temperature and air condition. Among the various PeQDs, red-emissive PeQDs still not have been improved their performance for the following reason. One is the using a polar solvent, and the other is the insufficient passivation of PeQD surface defects. To solve these issues, in this work, we report on achieving PLQY of about 100% on red-emissive PeQDs to use the octylammonium iodide which is the ligand to passivate the PeQD surface by the room-temperature synthesis without a polar solvent.
