△ [23p-E105-13] Fabrication of filter-free wavelength identification sensor in non-dependent on the full width at half maximum of light
Keywords:Fluorescence sensor, Full width at half maximum, Triple-well structure
This research proposes a novel filter-free wavelength identification sensor that can simultaneously measure the electrons separated into the front and back sides by the potential peak and discriminate the wavelength from the ratio. When the full width at half maximum of the incident light changes in the conventional structure, an error occurs in the wavelength identification. In the proposed sensor, the ratio error was minimized to about 1.48% even if the full width at half maximum increased from 10 nm to 30 nm at a wavelength of 500 nm.
