In this study, a dual-band hybrid filter for fluorescence imaging in a lensless microscopy platform for cell imaging is demonstrated. The hybrid filter structure comprises the longpass and notch interference filters attached to the uppermost and bottom of the fiber optic plate (FOP), respectively. The yellow and blue absorption filters were attached to the bottom side. Lastly, this hybrid filter was mounted on an image sensor. The proposed hybrid filter achieves a high excitation light rejection performance. Afterward, this device will be used for observing the activity of cultured cells with green and red fluorescent labeling.
