[23p-P06-5] Effects of lattice strain on magnetic phase transition of FeRh alloy thin films

FeRh alloy thin films were prepared by the sputtering method. The effects of lattice strain on modulation of magnetic properties were observed from the change in electrical resistivity, and the relationship with the substrate mismatch, composition, and thin film formation methods was investigated. Due to the difference in the thin film formation processes, the growth of crystal plane has changed.
