We have studied the bar-coating of CH₃NH₃PbI₃ (MAPbI₃) and have succeeded in achieving high orientation of the crystal axis of MAPbI₃. Recently, many solar cells with SnO₂ as electron transport layer have been reported, and the orientation of crystal orientation in bar-coated films on SnO₂ is interesting. In this study, we investigated the crystallinity of MAPbI₃ bar-coated thin films on SnO₂ electron transport layer and its relationship with solar cell properties.
