We have studied the bar-coating of CH3NH3PbI3 (MAPbI3) and have succeeded in achieving high orientation of the crystal axis of MAPbI3. Recently, many solar cells with SnO2 as electron transport layer have been reported, and the orientation of crystal orientation in bar-coated films on SnO2 is interesting. In this study, we investigated the crystallinity of MAPbI3 bar-coated thin films on SnO2 electron transport layer and its relationship with solar cell properties.
